Join the African American Business Association for an inspiring MLK 2026 Brunch & Celebration, a morning dedicated to reflection, unity, and forward momentum. This annual gathering brings together business owners, civic leaders, entrepreneurs, and community partners to honor the legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. while uplifting the work still ahead. 

This year’s celebration features:

Dream Forward Vendor Showcase: 10:00 am,  A showcase of local businesses and creators who embody innovation and community empowerment. 

Brunch & Program: 11:00 am, A warm, uplifting dining experience paired with a program designed to highlight leadership, opportunity, and collective progress.

Moderator: Dr. Tanisha Cannon, Ed.D, CDP, Deputy Superintendent, Joliet Public Schools District 86

Panelists:
• Dr. Karla Guseman, Superintendent, Joliet Township HS District 204
